Some car hire companies ask for two separate proofs of address. These could be a utility bill and a bank statement, for example, both in the main driver’s name.
Some of our vehicles do come equipped with mud and snow tires, while others may not. If you require specific tire types, please feel free to inquire with a staff member when picking up your vehicle or contact us via our contact page, and we’ll be happy to assist you with your tire preferences.

If you happen to lose your booking number, don’t worry. You can still retrieve your reservation by contacting our support team. Simply provide them with the details of the vehicle type, the date of your booking, and the name under which the booking was made. This information will help our support team locate your reservation in our system and assist you accordingly.
Yes, we do offer cars with child seats for rent. However, this service is not available directly through the website. To arrange for a car with a child seat, please contact our support team or request it when you pick up the vehicle on the day of your rental. Please be aware that there is an additional charge for this service.
To rent a car with us, the minimum age requirement is typically 24 years old. With 3 years on you’re license required.
Visitors from most countries can use their valid national driver’s license to rent a car in Barbados. However, an international driver’s permit (IDP) is recommended for added convenience, especially if your license is not in English.
